Ingredients used in this Video:

  • Almonds Soaked in Distilled Water
  • Distilled water
  • Protein Powder
  • Ice (optional)

Detailed Steps on How to make this Smoothie:

  • Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly and dry your hands.
  • Step 2: Take some of the almonds and put them in the blender.
  • Step 3: Pour in some distilled water.
  • Step 4: Blend it from low speed to high speed to make almond milk.
  • Step 5: Put in 1 scoop to 1.5 scoop of protein powder, and blend it.
  • Step 6: (optional) if the smoothie is too thick, add in some ice or water. You can also add in other fruits such as banana.
  • Step 7: Enjoy the Protein Smoothie!
